Bahava

Cassia fistula, commonly known as bahava or golden shower is a flowering plant. It is grows beatitful yellow flowers which almost look golden, hence the name golden shower.  It is grown as a ornamental plant. It is also used in herbal medicine.The Bahava tree is a medium-sized  tree, growing to 10–20 m


Bahava tree is also known as aragvadha, meaning "disease killer" in ayurveda. The fruit pulp, bark, leaves, roots are used for medicinal purpose.
